Delphi's professional medical staff is comprised of both licensed nurses and physicians with many years of experience in helping others with their medical problems. Ed Dillabough Ed has 20 years of experience with healthcare insurance companies, claims organizations and managed care. Prior to founding Delphi, Ed served as National Director of Managed Care Services for a regional CPA firm, and was CEO for both CIGNA and United HealthCare in West Florida. Ed has a detailed understanding of the health insurance industry in Florida and is familiar with the contracting strategies of local managed care organizations. Ed has a BA in Business Administration from Elon Collage and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He is active with numerous healthcare and insurance organizations as an advisor and consultant.

Jon D. Wittorff Jon has over 25 years of experience in developing managed care organizations that today total over 2 million members enrolled. Jon was the CEO and founder of United HealthCare’s most profitable HMO in Chicago, Illinois. He was CEO of Summit Insurance Company, President of CAN Health Plan’s HMOs and hospital clients in operational development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. |
